Smooth Fox Terrier

Foster Dogs

From time to time we foster displaced dogs on behalf of Fox Terrier Fanciers of Puget Sound Rescue and Puget Sound Greyhound Adoption. Pictured below are some of the dogs we have been privileged to accommodate over the past several years.

She was found wandering the streets of Pasco, WA and was never claimed by anyone. Corkie is now happy and healthy and living in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Shep

Shep is a 9 year old Smooth Fox Terrier. His lifelong home has a human baby now and is no longer able to provide the attention and care that Shep needs. He is housetrained, crate trained, enjoys walks and car rides. Shep would like a home with prior Fox Terrier experience, a fully fenced yard and no children under age 10. He has not been cat tested. He gets along with other dogs but is food aggressive so he would do best as the only dog in his new home. Most of all, Shep would like a forever home where he get lots of time and attention from his people and where he will be a cherished family member. An application and home visit must be completed before consideration will be given. Puget Sound area preferred. For more information about adopting Shep please visit the Fox Terrier Fanciers of Puget Sound Rescue website.

Nigel

Hello there! My name is Nigel and I'm looking for a new home. I am one year old, active and very sweet. I am neutered, housebroken and up to date on my vaccinations. I would really like a home where there is a lot of activity. I get on fairly well with other dogs. I would do well in a home without cats or children under 10 years old. I require a securely fenced yard. Prior Terrier experience is preferred as I am a young, active Terrier. An application must be filled out, and a home visit done before I can be placed. For more information about adopting Nigel please visit the Fox Terrier Fanciers of Puget Sound Rescue website.

On February 12, 2005 Zoe the Smooth Fox Terrier was invited to greet the arriving crowd at the Seattle premier showing of the New Line Cinema movie Son of the Mask. Go to our Photo Album to see pictures of Zoe's exciting Show Biz adventure.

Our Gallery of Friends is a collection of photos and stories of Smooth Fox Terriers and other pets we have met via the Internet. If you would like to add your pet's photo and story, simply drop us a line at zoe@caplinhome.com and attach your favorite picture. Zoe loves getting email, particularly when it comes with pretty pictures (she doesn't read a whole lot).
